Goals for July :

1. Become Healthier (mentally, physically, psychologically)

Mentally - Do a 45 min meditation everyday.
Physically - Run 15 km everyday.
Psychologically - Do more of what I love.

2. Read 5 books: The History of Art by E.H Gomrich
                            Little Birds by Anais Nin
                            Sexuality in Western Art by Edward Lucy Smith
                            Walden of life in the Woods by Thoreau
                            Andy Warhol and Pat Hacket, Penguin
                            Woman, Art and Sociaty, World of Art

3. See this 10 films (at least)

1. The Bling Ring by Sofia Copola
2. The Great Gatsby by
3. Shame by Ingmar Bergman
4. Last Night by Massy Tadjedin
5. Olympia by
6. L'avventura by Antonioni
7. The Lady from Shanghai by Orson Wells
8. Renoir by Gilles Bourdos
9. The Blue Dahlia by George Marshall
10. Medea by Lars Von Trier

4. Develop  my yoga practise Stretch at least 2 times a day.

5. Cook amazing healthy food.

6. Read a play, do vocal warm up everyday.

7. Make sure i really do all of this things.
