I'll be your mirror

This was panic week: I received some of my A level results and  they weren't as good as I need them to be; I got ABB and I need to get AAB. I'm struggling studying in english but I still have 3 months to go and a plan "B" under my sleeve.
This month has teached me a great lesson so far: its not about the result it's about your attitude: I don´t care if it takes me 1 more year to get into college, it's my life, and my chance, the important thing is to know what I want.

I made the decision to look for a group of study, because I hate to be all alone with the computer and I discovered a very inspirational website called  LEAN IN. This is a platform for woman all over the world whom share insights about careers and their personal stories. I thought the site exquisitely detailed and provocative: it challenges the way woman are portrait in 20'th first century. The image gallery shows young woman with their parents, strong atheletic mom's and old glamorous ladies whom refuse to let ageing bare any resemblance to lack of vitality or strength.
I also started Reading for literature Vera Brittain's Testament of Youth. Her writing is complex without being formal, creating pleasure and admiration rather than spell bounding the reader with its complexity. She talks about feminism through her book with no restrain and  she discusses with  honesty  her sexuality and the obstacles she faced as a woman from a small town with big academic dreams.
The project about the art platform that I've mentioned is still ongoing but my main focus is  on my A-levels which are so many and hard to finish in such a short period of time... still i wonder: What is really possible to do with 3 months? I'll finish with Miss Hepburn's wisdom: nothing, the word it self says I'M POSSIBLE.
